Basic Negotiation

Participants will learn: basic negotiation skills, how to determine real “at-stake” issues; how to develop a negotiation plan for individual issues; how to encourage creative solutions (separating wants from needs) and how to encompass the negotiation results in understandings about future issues at work, at home – in professional and personal lives.
